Refund Policy
Effective date: 2026-05-18
Full refund
- We failed to source the item (out of stock, or the seller refused to ship to us).
- We made a purchasing error (wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong variant).
- Item lost while in our warehouse before international shipping.
Partial refund
- Item arrives damaged due to our packing error (case-by-case).
- Customer cancellation before we purchase from the seller (refund minus 3% payment-processing fee).
No refund
- Customer changes mind after we purchase from the seller.
- Item is correct but you dislike its color, size, or quality differing from the seller’s listing — we are not the manufacturer.
- Customs seizure caused by destination country regulation.
- Counterfeit items submitted by the customer — see Counterfeit Disclaimer.
- Loss / damage during international shipping by the carrier — file a claim with the carrier; we will assist with documentation.
Refund timeline
7–14 business days back to the original payment method, after refund is approved.
How to request a refund
Email info@proxi-buy.com with your order ID and the reason. Subject: “Refund”. We respond within 2 business days.
