How long does it take?
Quote within 24 hours. Total time from submission to delivery is typically 12–25 days depending on destination and shipping method. See our timeline.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Xiaohongshu, and Pinduoduo. If you have a link from another Chinese site, just paste it — we’ll let you know if we can source it.
Can I order multiple items at once?
Yes. We consolidate multiple items into one international shipment to save on shipping cost.
Pricing & payment
How do you calculate fees?
Item price + domestic shipping in China + international shipping + 10% service fee (min $3, cap $50). See Pricing for a worked example.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (international credit/debit cards) and PayPal. All prices in USD.
Do I pay import duties?
Yes, import duties and VAT are paid by you at delivery. They are not included in our quote.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with the tracking number, and can view it any time in My Account.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Report within 48 hours of arrival. For carrier-side issues we’ll assist you in filing a claim. See Refund Policy.

I’m not sure if my item is allowed — what do I do?
Submit the request anyway. If it falls in a gray area, we’ll explain before charging anything.
Refunds & issues
When do I get a refund?
Full refund if we can’t source the item or made a purchasing error. See Refund Policy for all scenarios.
What if I don’t like the item once it arrives?
We are not the manufacturer — if the item matches the seller’s listing but you dislike it, this is not refundable. We recommend reviewing photos carefully before approving the shipment.
