Pricing & fees
Transparent, no hidden fees. You see the total before paying.
What you pay
- Item price — the seller’s listed price (we forward the exact amount, no markup).
- Domestic shipping in China — the seller’s actual cost.
- International shipping — quoted per route, weight, and method (air / express / sea).
- Service fee — 10% of the item price, minimum USD 3, capped at USD 50 per order.
- Insurance (optional) — 2% of declared value.
Worked example
A pair of Feiyue sneakers (¥189 on Taobao), shipped by air to the USA:
- Item price (Taobao): ¥189 ≈ $26
- Taobao → our warehouse: ¥10 ≈ $1.50
- International air shipping (1 kg, USA): $18
- Service fee (10%): $4.55
- Total: $50.05
Import duties and VAT at the destination country are paid by the customer separately on delivery. They are not included in our quote.
