From product link to your door, in five clear steps.

1. Submit a link. Paste any Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Xiaohongshu, or Pinduoduo URL. Add photos, size, color, and notes. The clearer your request, the faster we quote.
2. We quote within 24 hours. You receive a full breakdown: item price, domestic shipping inside China, international shipping, and our service fee.
3. You pay securely. Stripe or PayPal in USD. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
4. We purchase & inspect. We buy from the specified seller and photo-inspect everything in our Xiamen warehouse before shipping.
5. We ship with tracking. Air, express, or sea — your choice. You track every step in My Account.

Estimated timeline

• Day 0 — You submit the request
• Day 1 — You receive our quote
• Day 2–3 — You confirm and pay
• Day 4–7 — We purchase and items arrive at our warehouse
• Day 8 — Pre-ship inspection, photo confirmation
• Day 9 — International shipment dispatched
• Day 12–25 — Delivered (depending on destination & shipping method)
