Prohibited items

Items we will NEVER purchase, regardless of the offer.

1. Counterfeit / replica goods

• Fake luxury items (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Rolex, Hermès, etc.)
• Counterfeit electronics (fake AirPods, fake iPhones, fake game consoles, etc.)
• Replica branded clothing, shoes, bags, watches, jewelry
• Pirated DVDs, software, e-books, online courses
• Items marked “高仿” / “1:1” / “原单” / “镜面” or similar

2. Restricted / hazardous goods

• Weapons (firearms, knives, tasers, pepper spray, replicas)
• Drugs, narcotics, unlicensed pharmaceuticals
• Explosives, fireworks, flammable liquids
• Live animals, plants, seeds (especially CITES-listed species)
• Lithium batteries above international shipping limits
• Liquids and aerosols exceeding carrier limits

3. Illegal or sensitive items

• Cultural relics, antiques (national heritage, 国家文物)
• Currency, bonds, lottery tickets
• Adult content (where prohibited by destination country law)
• Any item violating destination country import law

4. Other items we do not accept

• Items with declared value below USD 5 (uneconomical to ship)
• Used / second-hand items requiring authentication
• Custom-made products with production time over 30 days
• Items requiring cold-chain transport

Counterfeit liability disclaimer

Proxi Buy Technology Co., Ltd. strictly refuses to purchase counterfeit, replica, or pirated goods. By submitting a purchase request, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. No counterfeit policy. The customer warrants that every submitted item is genuine and is not a counterfeit, replica, knock-off, or pirated product.
2. Right to refuse. If we identify a submitted item as counterfeit at any stage (before purchase, during inspection, or before international shipping), we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain any service fees already incurred for sourcing and verification work.
3. Customer responsibility. If a counterfeit item is only identified after purchase, the customer bears full responsibility for the item and any consequences thereof, including but not limited to:
   • Customs seizure or destruction in the destination country
   • Fines, penalties, or legal action by destination country authorities
   • Loss of item value with no refund
4. No liability for Proxi Buy. Proxi Buy Technology Co., Ltd. accepts no liability whatsoever for any damages, fines, customs actions, intellectual property infringement claims, or legal proceedings arising from counterfeit items that a customer submitted for purchase. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Proxi Buy harmless from all such claims.
5. Repeat offenders. Customers who repeatedly submit counterfeit requests will be permanently banned from our service.

By submitting a request, you confirm that you have verified the item’s authenticity to the best of your ability and you accept full responsibility if the item turns out to be counterfeit.
