Refund Policy

Full refund

  • We failed to source the item (out of stock, or the seller refused to ship to us).
  • We made a purchasing error (wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong variant).
  • Item lost while in our warehouse before international shipping.

Partial refund

  • Item arrives damaged due to our packing error (case-by-case).
  • Customer cancellation before we purchase from the seller (refund minus 3% payment-processing fee).

No refund

  • Customer changes mind after we purchase from the seller.
  • Item is correct but you dislike its color, size, or quality differing from the seller’s listing — we are not the manufacturer.
  • Customs seizure caused by destination country regulation.
  • Counterfeit items submitted by the customer — see Counterfeit Disclaimer.
  • Loss / damage during international shipping by the carrier — file a claim with the carrier; we will assist with documentation.

Refund timeline

7–14 business days back to the original payment method, after refund is approved.

How to request a refund

Email info@proxi-buy.com with your order ID and the reason. Subject: “Refund”. We respond within 2 business days.
