Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of proxi-buy.com and the proxy buying services provided by Proxi Buy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Proxi Buy”, “we”, “us”). By using our service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service definition

Proxi Buy acts as your purchasing agent — we purchase, inspect, consolidate, and ship goods on your behalf from Chinese marketplaces. We are not the seller, manufacturer, or warrantor of any product.

2. Title to goods

Title passes to you the moment we complete the purchase from the Chinese seller on your behalf. From that point the goods are yours and you bear the risk of loss, subject to §5.

3. Quotation & payment

Quotes are valid for 7 days.
If the seller’s listed price changes before payment, we will re-quote.
Full payment is required before we purchase. We accept Stripe and PayPal.
All prices in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate product info, shipping address, and contact details.
Verify the item is legal in your country and not on our Prohibited list.
Pay all import duties, VAT, and taxes at the destination — these are not included in our quote.
Inspect packages on arrival; report visible damage or loss within 48 hours.

5. Our responsibilities

Purchase from the specified seller in good faith.
Photo-inspect items per our standard procedure before international shipping.
Ship via the agreed method with tracking.
Compensate for our errors only: wrong item shipped, lost while in our warehouse.

6. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any single claim is the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for:

Seller misrepresentation (color, material, defects differing from listing)
Manufacturer defects
Customs seizure or destruction
Carrier delays, loss, or damage during international shipping
Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, etc.)
Counterfeit items submitted by the customer (see Counterfeit Disclaimer)

7. Prohibited items & counterfeit disclaimer

See our full Prohibited Items Policy and Counterfeit Disclaimer. Submitting a prohibited item may result in cancellation without refund of incurred fees, and account termination.

9. Account termination

We may suspend or close accounts for: fraud, repeated counterfeit submissions, abusive conduct, repeated Terms violations, or activity violating Chinese or destination country law.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall be settled by the Xiamen Arbitration Commission (厦门仲裁委员会), seated in Xiamen, conducted in English or Chinese.

11. Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be notified by email at least 14 days before the effective date.

12. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Proxi Buy.
